New York:A survey in the United States has revealed that the mental health of American citizens has reached its lowest level in twenty years due to the corona virus and lockdown.

According to international media reports, a survey conducted in the United States revealed that the corona virus and the lockdown caused by it have adversely affected the health of American citizens. Seventy-seven percent of those surveyed said their mental health was correct, compared with 85 percent in last year's survey. Elderly and low-income Americans are the most affected, according to the survey, while online education has also had a negative impact on students' health after schools and educational institutions closed.

Forty-six percent of those surveyed cited economic hardship, a number that is even higher than last year. According to experts, the lowest mental health in the United States is due to lockdown, economic problems that affected almost all citizens.
